The WPCA has been engaged in the city wide ANC (Advisory Neighborhood Commision) redistricting process for several months. WPCA submitted testimony on April 6, 2022 supporting the proposal by the Ward 3 ANC Redistricting Task Force, which most notably would keep all of Woodley Park in the same ANC, specifically ANC 3C. There were competing maps proposed by other groups that would have divided Woodley Park between two different ANCs. The WPCA worked with Councilmember Cheh and success was achieved with a final vote of 10-3 on June 6th for the map supported by WPCA.
